Frank Gordon Conner Jr.

Frank Gordon Conner Jr., 13, of Bainbridge passed away Thursday, January 24, 2008, at his residence.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 26, at Faceville Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy McNair and Rev. Ken Gainous officiating. Interment followed at Greenshade Cemetery with Larry Bates, Aaron Goodman, Greg Jeter, Robert Stephens, Herb Adams and Jason Harrell as pallbearers.

Frank was born April 25, 1994, in Retalhuleu, Guatemala, the son of Frank G. Conner and Alma Castillo Conner. He was a student at West Bainbridge Middle School and was a member of Faceville Baptist Church and also attended Bainbridge Church of God.

Survivors include his father, Frank G. Conner of Bainbridge; his mother, Alma Castillo Conner of Bainbridge; three sisters, Rebecca Conner of Bainbridge, Cara Conner of Tulsa, OK, and Christine Conner of Tulsa, OK; his paternal grandmother, Leona Conner of Savannah; his maternal grandmother, Rosa Lopez of Guatemala; and his maternal great-grandfather, Marcelino Lopez of Guatemala.

Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
