Colquitt-Miller County Chamber of Commerce announces Annual Meeting

At the January 14 meeting of the Board of Directors, Dr. Russ Henley, chairman, presented certificatesof appreciation to the following board members for their years of service: Donald Brooks, Billy Roland, Monica Posey, Lisa Stewart, Rick Little, Danny Shepard, and Jean Small. Dr. Henley remarked, as he praised the volunteers for generosity and help over the past few years, "Our bylaws state that you must rotate off for at least one year after serving three years, so we hope to see you back on the board again as soon as there is an opening in the area you represent."

Announcements included the up-coming 21st annual meeting. It will be held at the Middle/High School Cafeteria on January 24 at 6:30 p.m. The evening promised to be enjoyable, entertaining and celebratory of achievements for the Chamber of Commerce.
