Phillip Leon Floyd, age 60, of Sun City Center, FL, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2008.

Mr. Floyd was born in Colquitt, was a Veteran of the Viet-Nam War and a member of the 32nd Degree Masons.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Floyd of Plant City, FL; daughter, Selina Floyd of Plant City, FL; mother, Helen Floyd of Colquitt; brother Calvin Floyd of Columbus and many nieces, nephews and friends.

On December 29th the funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. at Wells Memorial Chapel. Interment followed at 2:00 P.M. at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

Wells Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
