On December 15, Deana Lee Smith was parked in a parking spot. Annie Lee Grant was pulling into a parking spot. Smith opened the rear door and scratched Grant's vehicle as it was going by on the front driver's side fender.

License Susp/Revoked

On December 20, Officer Lonnie Wade was on patrol and was contacted via phone in reference to a female driving with suspended license. As Officer Wade observed, the female left the Dollar General parking lot, and he initiated a traffic stop. Officer Wade then exited his car and walked to the driver's side and asked the driver for her license and registration. The driver,

Misty Lynn Smith, stated that she did not have her license due to them being suspended. Officer Wade then asked the female to step out of the vehicle and stand to the rear of the vehicle. Officer Wade then asked the driver for her name and date of birth. He then radioed the dispatcher to run the information through the G.C.I.C. computer. The information came back suspended all. Officer Wade then asked the female to place her hands behind her back as he placed her under arrest. Officer Wade then placed Smith in the back seat of his vehicle and transported her to the county jail where she was booked and held due to a warrant for her arrest.
