State troopers from the Colquitt Post #14 of the Georgia State Patrol investigated three traffic crashes during the month of September in Miller County. Sergeant First Class Edwards said the traffic crashes resulted in three injuries and two traffic deaths.

SFC Edwards said troopers from Post 14 also issued 57 traffic citations in the county during the month. The total includes one arrest for driving under the influence, 41 citations for speeding, 10 seat belt violations, and two child restraint violations. Troopers also issued 58 warnings.
