Flat Creek welcomes pastor and his wife
Rev. Dan Fender and wife, Cindy Flat Creek welcomes Flat Creek Baptist Church is honored to welcome Dan Fender as its new pastor.
He and his wife Cindy moved from Jacksonville, Florida, with their two daughters, Heather and Danielle.
Brother Dan began his religious education in 1989 as he entered Southeastern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has served God in the capacity of youth minister, camp director, associate pastor as well as senior pastor. These areas of service have carried him to Texas, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia.
He and his wife currently hold a master's degree in pastoral counseling. Brother Dan hopes to use his education and experience in serving God at Flat Creek and the surrounding community.
Brother Dan's ambition is to be a pastor who disciples the people based on spiritual and physical needs while striving to reach the people for Christ.
