      Larceny - Bicycle On July 9, Officer Greg Richey responded to South Third Street in reference to a stolen bicycle. Upon arrival, Officer Richey spoke with Coya Sharrod Miller concerning the incident. Miller informed Officer Richey that someone had stolen his son's bicycle from their yard.
