Master Cantley Perry Cook, age four months, of Bainbridge died Tuesday, May 20, 2008.

Cantley was born January 11, 2008, in Albany.

Funeral services were held Friday, May 23, at 2:00 p.m. at Black Jack Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Jones and Rev. Newton Cranford officiating. Interment followed in Roselawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers were Allen Michael Gunn, Martin Castro, Bryan Keefer, Ricky Roberts and Paul Allen Gunn.

Survivors include his parents, Carlton Jeriet Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Parker Cook, Bainbridge; one sister, Kaitlyn Brooke Lizotte, Bainbridge; four brothers, Carlton Jeriet Cook Jr., Austin Jeriet Cook, Aurthur McKenzie Cook, and Devin Parker Lizotte, all of Bainbridge; grandparents, David and Gladys Ellis, Carlton Cook and Janelle Nelson, Bainbridge, Deborah Parker, Brinson; great-grandfathers, Perry Parker, Ralph Powell Sr., Brinson.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Marvin Perry Parker Sr. and maternal great-grandmother, Mary Katherine Powell.

Cox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
