Mr. Timothy Shawn Rowland, age 52, of McIntosh, Mexico, died Friday, May 16, 2008, at Ceton Medical Center in Austin, Texas.

Mr. Roland was born January 24, 1956, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was a field service engineer with the Semiconductor Industry and a member of Hoffmanstown Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 20, at 4:00 p.m. at Union Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin Arnold and Rev. Bob Middleton officiating. Interment followed in Primitive Union Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Larry Whatley, Al Newton, Steve Middleton, Ken Roberts, Ray Grimsley and Buz Grimsley.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Middleton, McIntosh, New Mexico; mother, Lorraine Rowland, Albuquerque, New Mexico; one brother, Pat Rowland, Phelps, New York; two sisters, Connie Royal, Kenai, Alaska, Elaine Janowski, Chesterton, Indiana; mother-in-law, Dixie Middleton, Colquitt; nephews, Mike Foust, Robert Foust, Daniel Foust, Eric Foust, Josh Rowland; three nieces, Shannon Sanders, Sarah Janowski, and Becky Jo Janowski.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
