Lena Toole Cloud, 70, of Bainbridge passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2008, at her residence.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 11, at Morningside Baptist Church with Rev. Leon VanLandingham and Rev. Jean Watson officiating. Interment followed at Oak City Cemetery with Dr. Ron McCaskill officiating.

Pallbearers were Lee Isler, Dan Bryant, Lee Thomas, Tommy Avery, Gary McCarty, and Jamie Ard.

Mrs. Cloud was born January 3, 1938, in Early County, the daughter of Ludie A. Toole and Lennie McMullen Toole. She attended Bainbridge College and was a retired secretary for Georgia Pines. She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Joe H. Cloud of Bainbridge; her son, Elvin (Natalie) Cloud of Iron City; her daughter, Sherry (Tommy) Bell of Brinson; fivegrandchildren, Franklin Smith, Daniel Bell, Seth Cloud, Cale Cloud, and Christy Webber; and a greatgrandson, Avrahm Webber.

Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
