Mrs. Joyce Elaine Williams, age 83 of Colquitt passed away Thursday December 20, 2007 at Southeastern Medical Center in Dothan, Al.

Funeral services were held Saturday December 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Cooks Union Methodist Church with interment at Colquitt City Cemetery.
