Once again the county commissioners have proven they don't care about the ordinary citizens on a fixed income by going back on their original plan to allow the public to buy meals at the new kitchen.

Barbie and company have nearly bankrupted the county. Now they have their fingers in the city's finances and will do the same thing to it.

I can hardly believe that "ye scribe" can't findanything more interesting to write about than his bout with diarrhea! News must be really slow, or is he just getting senile?

Terry, I enjoyed your column last week. I was laughing like crazy, not at your illness, but how you wrote about it. Thanks for sharing your life with us. Have a very Merry Christmas!!

Is it true that one of the bus drivers was moved to another route because she disciplined one of the county commissioners' grandchildren?

To Cory Thomas and the City of Colquitt: Merry Christmas, the town looks beautiful with the new flags and white lights on the trees.

The Christmas Cantata's at the area churches has been very beautiful and a blessing for everyone who have seen them.
