ELIZABETH F. PATTON

Mrs. Elizabeth F. Patton, age 91, of Americus and formerly of Donalsonville, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2007, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.

Graveside services were held on Monday, October 29, at 1:00 p.m. at Friendship Memorial Gardens in Donalsonville with Rev. Jim McIlrath officiating.

Mrs. Patton was born in West Liberty, Kentucky, on December 10, 1915, to the late Ezra Michael and Myrtle Ferguson Henry. She was a seamstress and retired from Kroehler Furniture Manufacturing Company. She was a member of the Sunshine Club and Friendship United Methodist Church in Donalsonville.

Mrs. Patton leaves to cherish her memory, a daughter, Sharon K. Dutton of Americus; a granddaughter, Deanna K. (Frank) Hudgins of Americus; and three great grandchildren, Robert Franklin Hudgins, Thomas Michael Hudgins, and Kayla Elizabeth Hudgins all of Americus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and three brothers.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
