JULIA B. GAY

Mrs. Julia B. Gay, 93, of Colquitt, passed away September 24, 2007, at her residence.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Billy Mills officiating. Interment followed at Kelley Cemetery.

Mrs. Gay was born January 23,1914, in Calhoun County. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Molly Hilburn and Betty Jean Hilburn, both of Colquitt; one brother, Joe Bundy of Greensboro, FL; one sister, Beulah McCorkle of Blakely; one granddaughter, Julie Hilburn and one great-grandson, Jonah Charlie Hilburn; and a large number of nieces and nephews.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
