INEZ KING Mrs. Inez King, 83, of Colquitt, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at Archbold Medical Center. The funeral was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 7, at South Mt. Zion Church of God with Rev. Rollin Rathel and Rev. Damian Salazar officiating. Interment followed at South Mt. Zion Church of God Cemetery. Mrs. King was born December 11, 1923, in Liberty County, FL. She was a caregiver and a member of South Mt. Zion Church of God. She is survived by four sons, Jerry (Myrle) Harden of Doerun, Roger Harden of Colquitt, C.W. (Cheryl) Harden of Doerun, Winford Harden of Colquitt; two daughters, Geraldine (Ralph) Burke of Colquitt and Jean Melton (Robert) Vick of Whigham; two sisters, June Strickland of Shreveport, LA, and Gracie Sanders of Newton; one brother, Donald Bearrentine of McDonough; 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, James A. Harden and Jimmy Lee King, and one son, James T. Harden. Her loving grandsons served as pallbearers. Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. |
