As You See It

What is going on at the hospital? The people of Miller county should not suffer because you don't have the b---- to do your job.

I ate at a local restaurant but couldn't enjoy my meal because two children were running wild thru the tables, while the parents sat there laughing and talking to another couple!! Why? Control your Kids!

The CEO is destroying the hospital. How many more departments does he have to close before you open your eyes. Our neighboring counties have good therapy departments. WE DID HAVE ONE!

Miller County needs all new county commissioners, board of Education and all officesin the Courthouse. Will some people that are educated and have morals please run for these offices?

I am so proud that my children attend SGA where the board puts the children first, not for personal gain, revenge and self satisfaction like the Miller County board.

I live in Miller County and work out of town. With all the negative talk about our commissioners and Board of Education I am ashamed to say I live here.

Why is Cory Thomas trying to purchase property from Jerry Nalls for Clyde Jinks? He should be doing his job! Not being Clyde's realtor.

I and others fail to see why taxpayers should pay Mrs. Phillips legal fees. It was her property and she acted on her own.

Never vote for SPLOST Tax. The money was not used as promised and property taxes still went up.

City and County finances should be audited by outside CPA's with no connection to Miller County or Colquitt residents. Some things don't sound right.

Salaries should be listed (printed in the Liberal) for all people who receive taxpayer money. Seminole County does.

Shame on you, Terry, Gonna cover SGA for only two years. There are a lot of children from Miller County that attend SGA other than Joanna.

I hope the county loses their building and Frankie and Clyde both get thrown out of officefor the crimes against Miller County they have done.

Mrs. Frankie, I live in your district and my wife is taking me to court for more alimony. Can you get this paid by taxpayers money like your bill was?

Did you know the Federal Minimun wage for waitresses is $2.13 per hour? If your waitress does a good job leave her/him a tip.... (2.13 per hour X 40 hours = $85.20 per week).

The lawsuit against Frankie Phillips should also include Clyde Jinks. He is the one breaking all ethics laws. This would not be allowed anywhere but Miller County.

I did some research on the internet. There are many websites that provide information regarding jury commissioners. georgiacourts.org is one of them. People complaining about this commission should take the time to do some research.

There were a lot of dope heads and crooks true billed in the last newspaper. What does it take to arrest someone for shooting up the town, drive drunk and doping or threating to kill people?

I was thinking .... most politicians leave officebecause of illness and fatigue --> the voters are sick and tired of them.

What is the difference in paying for Frankie's lawsuit which concerns a county building and paying for Terry (who is not an elected official) to have a police escort 24 hrs. a day. He should pay for his own protection. Will this not cost the county more money?

Law enforcement spent lots of money to hide their activities from the taxpayers who pay their salaries. Approximately two weeks later, this equipment failed. This proves, "if it ain't broke, don't fitit!"

Since the county commissioners seem to be in the business of paying the defense for elected officials, will they be paying Algin Merritt's too?

The only thing that surprised me about the two inmates charged with drug possession is that they were actually CHARGED!

We as a county need to pray for good things to happen.
