Hudson, Roberts to marry

Latesa Hudson and Tavis Roberts
Latesa Monique Hudson and Tavis Tacree Roberts are very happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is a native of Arlington and is the daughter of Veara "Sandy" and Marvin King of Arlington and Gerradi and Melonia Henderson of Blakely. She is the granddaughter of Eunice and Bobby Strafford of Arlington and Erma and Tyrone Hubbard of Detroit, Michigan, and the great-granddaughter of the late Deretha Barnes of Arlington.

Miss Hudson is a 2000 graduate of Early County High School and a 2005 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she earned a bachelor of science in kinesiology/sports medicine. She is employed as a physical therapy assistant at Rehab Orthopedic Medicine in Atlanta.

The future groom is a native of Damascus and is the son of Jurya and Harvest Williams of Colquitt and Donald Roberts of Damascus. He is the grandson of Nick Ann Flowers of Damascus and Ozzie Bell (Jet) Roberts of Colquitt and the great-grandson of the late Jessie Lee and Tice Williams of Damascus.

Mr. Roberts is a 1995 graduate of Miller County High School. He is employed as an electrical assembler at Data Path in Atlanta.

The wedding is planned for September 29, 2007, at the Gethsemane Worship Center in Albany at 3:00 p.m. The reception will be immediately following at the Garden Center.

Family and friends of the couple are invited to attend.
