Homework Resources

Not sure where to findthe answer to that difficulthomework question? Come by the James W. Merritt, Jr. Memo- rial Library and take a look at our helpful resources. We have encyclopedias, nonfiction for children and adults, and access to online databases. If the report needs to be typed, you can use one of our computers to create a Word document. For children struggling in math, the library has a great collection of DVDs on fractions, multiplication, and many other math concepts.

Library Card

In order to check out material or to use a computer, you must have a library card. To obtain a library card, you must present a photo ID and proof of residency such as a driver's license or a utility bill. The process is quick and easy and allows you access to numerous resources. With your PINES library card, you can check out material from not only the James W. Merritt, Jr. Memorial Library but from libraries across the state. Don't be the only person in Miller County without a library card!
