GERALDINE WILLIAMS JACKSON

Mrs. Geraldine Williams Jackson, 103 years old, of St. Marys, Georgia, passed away Monday, July 16, 2007, at SE Georgia Medical Center in Brunswick.

Funeral services were held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Edo Miller Funeral Home/Camden Chapel in Kingsland with interment in the Oak City Cemetery in Bainbridge at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 19, with the Rev. Bobby Woods officiating.

She was born February 28, 1904, in Headland, Alabama. A native of Bainbridge, Georgia, she had been a resident of St. Marys for the past 26 years and was a member of the Lighthouse Church of God.

Pallbearers were her grandchildren.

Survivors include three daughters; Velma Cochran of St. Marys, Leona (Ed) Hipsher of Mulberry FL, and Esther Middleton of Salt Springs FL; two sons, Mack (Linda) Jackson of Kingsland and Tommy (Linda) Jackson Sr. of Nashville; 21 grandchildren, 43 greatgrandchildren and 25 greatgreat grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Whit Jackson; children, Phillip, David, Elmer, and Lois Jackson and Udell Hutto Lawrence; and all of her siblings.

Cox Funeral home was in charge of the arrangements.
