JAMES JACKSON SHIVER

Mr. James Jackson Shiver, age 61, of Colquitt died Wednesday, May 16, 2007.

Mr. Shiver was born March 1, 1946, in Baker County. He was a carpenter and was a veteran of the US Army.

Graveside services were held Saturday, May 19, at 4:00 p.m. at Cooks Cemetery with Rev. Fletcher Sheffield officiating.

Survivors include three sisters, Lucy Cook, Elaine Hallett and Faustine Cook, all of Colquitt; one brother, Ronald Shiver, Colquitt; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
