NANNIE SUE 'PUNK' HINES Nannie Sue "Punk" Hines, 85, of Colquitt died Monday, May 14, 2007 at Miller County Hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 16, at 2:00 p.m. at Thompson Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Whittaker and Rev. Walter Daniels officiating. Interment followed in Thompson Cemetery. Pallbearers were Scott Hamilton, Eric Hamilton, Mike Phillips, Al Manry, Rusty McDaniel and Levonne Lewis. Mrs. Hines was born September 21, 1921, in Decatur County. She was a homemaker and a member of Thompson Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis (Stanley) Phillips of Edison and Peggy (David) Hamilton of Lake City, FL; one sister, Willie Miller of Auburndale, FL; five grandchildren, Mike (Stephanie) Phillips, Susan (Al) Manry, Scott (Cindy) Hamilton, Eric (Jennifer) Hamilton, Tonya (Rusty) McDaniel; and eight greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Hines; one son, Andy Hines; and one grandson, Phil Hines. Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. |
