ELLAFAIR GLASS LAWSON

Ellafair Glass Lawson, 96, of Donalsonville, died Wednesday, May 9, 2007, in her home, Seminole Manor Nursing Home.

Graveside funeral services were held Friday, May 11, at 11:00 a.m. in Blakely Cemetery with Rev. Radford Jones officiating.

Ms. Lawson was born August 9, 1910, in Early County to the late William Thomas Glass and Edna Nix Glass. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Alex Lawson Jr. of Eufaula, AL; three daughters, Faye Davis of Colquitt, Nancy Earnest of Ft. Mitchell, AL, and Alice Jean Cherry of Bainbridge; 12 grandchildren; 26 greatgrandchildren and 38 greatgreat grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Alex Lawson Sr., and seven brothers.

Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
