T h e n e w membership program - (1) As a department of the City of Colquitt, we are committed to honoring the "Grandfather Clause" of the Dealmaker contract. As a grandfathered member of Crooked Oak, your annual dues cannot increase more than 8% and your member 18 hole green fee/cart fee cannot increase more than 5%. (2) We will be extending the amount of time you can join Crooked Oak Golf Club for $125.00 and be "Grandfathered In" until August 31, 2007. (3) September 1, 2007 the price for a new annual membership will be $300.00. (4) In the future, any contract to sell the facility will include the "Grandfather Clause" as a condition of the sales contract.
