SUSPENDED/REVOKED

On March 15, 2007, Deputy Dale Glover was at the intersection of West Street and West Crawford St.

The deputy heard a white Nissan accelerate its speed while traveling west on W. Crawford St. The speed of the vehicle was unsafe due to the wet road, traffic conditions, and it was raining.

The vehicle then began to cross over the Spring Creek Bridge and cross over the turning lane and into the east bound traffic lanes.

The vehicle pulled over, and the driver exited his vehicle. Deputy Glover got out of his vehicle and spoke with the driver, Joshua Michael Rongione of Colquitt.

The deputy asked for his license, and Rongione stated that it was suspended. His license was checked, and it was indeed suspended.
