Glover, Bridges to wed

Marcy Eugenia Glover Bridges

Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Glover of Donalsonville would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Marcy Eugenia of Macon, to Matthew William Bridges of Gainesville.

The wedding will take place on Saturday, April 14, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. at Callway Gardens in Pine Mountain. A reception will follow at The Lodge at Callaway Gardens.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Cullen and Agnes Glover of Donalsonville and Tom and Dorothy Haire of Colquitt.

She is a 1993 graduate of Seminole County High School and received a bachelor of arts in history from Georgia Southern University in 1997 and a juris doctorate from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2003. She currently practices law with Harris & James, LLP in Macon.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late George and Blanche Bridges of Murrayville and the late Harlan and Ruth Ellis of Chatsworth. He is a 1995 graduate of Murray County High School and received a bachelor of business administration in risk management from the University of Georgia in 1999 and a juris doctorate from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2003. He currently practices law with the Towaliga Circuit Public Defender Office in Forsyth.
