The Colquitt United Methodist Church will host a Public Servants Recognition Sunday. It will be held Sunday, September 9, 2007, at 11:00 a.m.

The church will honor all public servants during the morning worship service with a special gift and special music. There will be a special time of prayer for our community and our public servants. A BBQ luncheon will follow for the church and all of the honored guests.

Those to be honored are employees of Miller County Schools, Miller County EMS and Volunteer Fire Department, Miller County Sheriff's Department, County Commissioners & City Council, City of Colquitt Police Department, City of Colquitt & Miller County.
