ALLIE PARKER MAXWELL
Mrs. Allie Parker Maxwell, age 83 of Donalsonville died Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at Miller County Nursing Home. Mrs. Maxwell was born in Seminole County on September 1, 1922 to the late Ben and Hortense Hardwick Parker. She worked in the hospital and during her later years as a private duty nurse. Funeral services were held Friday, July 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Barineau officiating. Interment followed in Salem-Seminole Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Jeff Maxwell and his wife, Bessie, and Bobby Maxwell, all of Donalsonville; one brother, William Parker and wife, Mildred, Homeland, FL; and one sister, Mary Belvins, Lakeland, FL; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

MARGIE ELIZABETH HEWETT
Ms. Margie Elizabeith Hewett, 72, of Jakin, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2006, at Presbyterian Home in Quitman. Ms. Hewett was born on October 27, 1933 in Decatur County to the late Willie Hewett and Hazel Rodgers Hewett. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 5, at 2:00 P.M. at Bascom United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bascom, FL with Rev. Douglas Harvey officiating. Ms. Hewett is survived by nieces Angie and Danny Nunnery and Terri Lawson, all of Donalsonville; nephews Hewett and Luann Nunnery of Jakin, Ricky Hewett of Donalsonville; Shane Hewett, Malone, Fl’ Tim Hewett and Him Hewett of Marianna, Fl’ Cebron Nunnery of Tallahassee, Fl’ great nephews Jeff and Dana Nunnery of Bainbridge, and Matt and Stephanie Nunery of Donalsonville.
